Lucy heads up the Business Development Team for FusionHR. She looks after client communication, our training programme, document and template development, new product launches and conferences. As an experienced HR Consultant, Lucy carries out service reviews and new client welcome meetings as well as supporting her own schools and businesses. She loves to help schools strategically approach restructures, leadership reviews and improvements. She’s mum to Emmanuel and has been working in HR for education for over 13 years.
